SIZING –

Q: What size coat do I need for my Italian greyhound?
A: Depending on your measurements, we usually recommend the size X-SMALL or SMALL. But please check our measuring guide first.

Q: What size coat do I need for my whippet?
A: Depending on your measurements, we usually recommend the size SMALL, MEDIUM or LARGE. But please check our measuring guide first.
Q: What size coat do I need for my Saluki?
A: Depending on your measurements, we usually recommend the size LARGE, X-LARGE. But please check our measuring guide first.
Q: What size coat do I need for my Lurcher?
A: Depending on your measurements, we usually recommend the size LARGE or X-LARGE. But please check our measuring guide first.
Q: What size coat do I need for my greyhound?
A: Depending on your measurements, we usually recommend the size X-LARGE, XX-LARGE or XXX-LARGE. But please check our measuring guide first.
Q: How do I measure for a dog collar?
A: Measure around the middle of your dog’s neck. The collar should not be too tight around the wider part of the neck, but should also not be too loose and slip off the head.

PRODUCT INFO – 

Q: How do I wash my product?
A: All of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees. We would not recommend tumble drying.
Q: What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?
A: We regularly update our stock, if there is something in particular that you are waiting for, you can contact us through our contact page.

DELIVERY – 

Q: How long will my delivery take to arrive?
A: U.K – We will dispatch your order either same day or next day via myHermes. Then they ensure delivery within 3 working days.
Europe – We will dispatch your order either same day or next day via Royal Mail. They ensure delivery within 3-5 working days.
International – We will dispatch your order either same day or next day via Royal Mail. They ensure delivery within 5-7 days.

Q: Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?
A: U.K – Our items are sent fully tracked so no signature is required, you can also request that your parcel is left in a safe place. However, if you have spent over £40, we will require a signature.
EUROPE and INTERNATIONAL – Will require a signature.

Q: Will I receive an email to let me know my delivery is on its way?
A: You will receive an email confirming your order straight after your purchase. Then another email confirming dispatch with the tracking number. 

RETURNS – 

Q: What is your return/refund procedure?
A: If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please contact us first and we will help with the return process. The item(s) need to be unworn and in a re-sellable state.
Q: How long does a refund take to process?
A: Once we have received your item(s) back, if you have requested a refund – we refund immediately. If you have requested an exchange – we send out your replacement same or next day.

A: We accept PayPal and all Credit or Debit Card payments.
