Introducing our Pink Corduroy Martingale Collar, crafted from soft cord fabric for gentle contact with your Sighthound’s skin. The collar consists of a main loop that encircles the dog’s neck and a smaller loop attached to it. When tension is applied to the leash, the smaller loop tightens, preventing the collar from slipping off while ensuring the dog’s comfort and safety.
- Features strong brass fixtures, including a D-ring for leash attachment and sliders for size adjustment.
- Providing both control and safety without compromising on comfort by using a unique design with a limited slip loop that prevents the collar from tightening too much, reducing the risk of choking or injury.
- Easy to use: Simply slip the collar over your Whippet, Italian Greyhound, Greyhound, or Lurcher’s head and adjust the slide for a custom fit.

Very bad delivery service team. The items never arrived, 9 days after and still waiting. Very bad returns system too. They charge the customers the cost of returning a parcel, it cost me 5 pounds to return a collar that was too big and I could have benefitted from more help, the measurement guidelines made me buy the wrong size. They sell lovely products but they need to improve customer service and delivery methods. If a customer buy something, it is expected to receive it within 5 days but your actions do not align with what was promised. Dissapointed.

As mentioned in my email, I have apologised and I have my colleague looking into this with Royal Mail to see if it has been lost in transit. Once the parcel has left us, it is unfortunately out of our hands. But as the tracking has not been updated, we will resolve this as soon as we can.
I was surprised to see the comment about bad customer service, as I am doing everything I can since you emailed yesterday. I will respond via email as soon as I hear from Royal Mail.
