Hi Silvia, I am very sorry about this. I did reply to your email already so I am upset to see your negative reviews. As mentioned in my email, I have apologised and I have my colleague looking into this with Royal Mail to see if it has been lost in transit. Once the parcel has left us, it is unfortunately out of our hands. But as the tracking has not been updated, we will resolve this as soon as we can.
I was surprised to see the comment about bad customer service, as I am doing everything I can since you emailed yesterday. I will respond via email as soon as I hear from Royal Mail.
