- These coats come with a harness hole on the back and a collar hole on the neck for convenience.
- Another useful feature is the high neck, meaning it can be pulled up over the ears in the wet windy weather and secured in place by the adjustable toggle.
- There is an adjustable waist strap using poppers.
- With their lean physique, low body fat and thin fur, sighthounds need some protection from the rain.

I love the coat. It’s a lightweight raincoat, excellent for autumn. The orange colour means he stands out when it’s getting dark. My whippet loves the coat too – he hurries along the edge of every hedge he can find in order to give himself a good bum scratch! It’s hilarious.

We were so pleased when this raincoat arrived. As usual, it is extremely well made and the long neck for our whippet is so thoughtful. There is just enough room for him to keep his ears out but everything else covered, just the way he likes it. Not only does the orange colour do a good job at keeping our whippet visible but it also keeps him completely dry underneath it without being too warm or restricting his movement. Even when he is running! The Trendy Whippet is our first choice every time!

Great fitting coat and material is perfect for summer rain. Only thing I didn’t like was the neck cord and pull were underneath and this meant my whippet started chewing on it, also fiddly to fasten under the chin. I would put it on the topside instead.

These are lovely coats, good fabric and well made. One slight niggle, in heavy rain the harness aperture lets the water through. For those of us who do not use harnesses, this is particularly frustrating – I am going to have to sew it up! Maybe there could be an option without the harness aperture?
