*This is not a cooling vest.
While it’s lightweight and breathable, it doesn’t actively cool your dog and isn’t intended for use during the midday sun or very hot conditions. Dogs can overheat quickly, especially slim-coated breeds like whippets, greyhounds and Iggies.
We recommend this vest for mild summer days, morning or evening walks, or to use as a layer over a proper cooling vest (if needed).
