Great service, quality and fit – could you make tee shirts for whippets in the same material for the summer. ie no back legs and short arms? We cut up a onesie to make one and our dog now doesn’t feel dressed without it and we get a lot of lovey comments. I’m happy to send photos if you wish?

Quality is great but the fit is terrible. My whippet is exactly 23 inches long and bought the large. He’s not a skinny whippet – more square and thickset than most. But the back hangs down restricting his tail. For this reason he can’t orwon’t sit in them, just looks mournfully at me and tries to “rub” them off along the walls. The undercarriage opening is so large that the back legs can’t stay in and toileting is impossible – my whippet cried at me to take it off to go outside. When I left it on him, the PJs got filled with wee because the opening hangs so low beneath the undercarriage. The only way to toilet in them is to tie the rear legs around his back, which defeats the point of an opening. Might as well have closed PJs that keep smegma stains off the furniture. I’ve bought a few disappointing items from Trendy Whippet now – a harness that rubs his tummy raw and slips sideways, and a “knitted jumper” that is really a fleece and stretches with every use. Again the undercarriage hangs low and ends up covered in pee. The fabric also gets covered in bobbles every use because it’s brushed polyester. Furthermire the returns policy is unrealistic. It’s impossible to accurately determine fit without trying the item on the dog. It’s really disappointing – the items look great on the website but are overpriced considering fit, quality and a punitive returns policy. Probably my last purchase sadly.

She sleeps all night on her own bed instead of joining me in mine. It is light and comfortable for her but stays in place if she moves around thanks to the elastication. Looking like a cross between Picasso and a convict I must admit he does look kind of cute and more importantly he does actually sleep in later which is a huge bonus, particularly when I’m hungover on a Sunday morning! So long story short, they’re definitely worth purchasing if like me you have a cold greyhound who moans a lot….about everything!

Our Archie loves his new Onesie. He looks adorable in it. As soon as I pick it up, he gets really excited, as does his brother, Bertie. I bought the Grey and Yellow one for Bertie. I order these pjs for my foster dog as he was licking to self soothe at night quite a bit and fleece is too heavy. Not only do they help control the licking, but he looks absolutely adorable! I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
